留学あるある②

割とどこの語学学校にでもあるネタだけど
学校の寮に先生が住んでいる。

理由は様々だけど夜中とかにすれ違うとマ

ジで気不味いんですが…。と感じていた。

あと、語学学校の先生は給料が異常に低い。大体8,000~15,000pくらい。

なので、他にも仕事を抱えている人が多い。学校によりけりで、駄目なところもあるが隠れてやってる人が結構いる。なので慢性的に疲れているか、やたらハイテンションな人のどちらか。

正直もう少し給料上げてやれよと言いたい。まぁ、フィリピンの月収が低いからどうしようもないんだけど。

留学費用が高いのに全然施設に還元されてないところもあるし。

そういうところは割と職員の回転率が高い傾向にあるなと感じた。

Actually, most school have real stories is

tutor is living in school accommodation.
They have a several reason, but I really felt unpleasant when we pass through corridor

at night.

And, English Academy's teachers salary is quite low. Approximately 8~15,000pesos.
So, some teachers have another jobs.
But, schools' rules are different whether

allow or not.
Most Academy is prohibited who have another jobs.
Many tutor are doing hiding another jobs.
They always are exhausted by their work.
Basically, in Philippines, most people is

low salary.
There is no other way.
Even though tuition fees is expensive, it's not resolution to accommodation.
These Academy tend to be more high rate

of job separation than other Academy.
