留学は遊びか、勉強か。
7:3、8:2で遊びに来ていてると感じた。多分初めは勉強をしにきた
んだろうが、同じ日本人同士のコミュニティに入らざるを得ない状況
になると、結局勉強よりも遊んで終わる人間が多いという風に感じた。
逆に勉強している人間は本当に少ない。そういう人間はあまり交友関
係を持っていないように感じた。自分も英語のスキルを上げたいと思
い、特にIELTSを勉強しにいったので、日本人同士で遊ぶことはほと
んどしなかった。同じ目的を持った人とはたまに食事に行くことは
あったけど頻繁にというわけではなかった。集中して勉強をするなら
日本人が多い学校は避けるべきだと思う。結局勉強しに行ったのか、
遊びに行ったのか分からないのでは留学の意味が無い。
あと、個人的に思うことは、フィリピン留学は基本的に学校と寮が一
体になっている。これも1つの問題なのではと思う。自分でアパート
やホームステイ先を探すことをしなくてもいい。部屋の掃除洗濯は現
地スタッフがやつてくれる。非常に有り難いことではあるが、同じ空
間にずっと居るというのは、ストレスを感じる。部屋にずっていて勉
強していればいいのだが、多少校内を歩くこともある。売店やウォー
ターサーバーに水を汲みに行くためになど。それ程親しい人ではない
場合はすれ違うと少し気不味い感じもあった。意外とこの場合挨拶を
しないのは日本人で、逆に他の国の人間は知らない人でも挨拶をして
くる。日本人が礼儀正しいというのはウソだと実感した。多分同族嫌
悪というものでもあるのだろうが、日本ではあまり出くわさない様な
タイプの人間が多いなとも感じた。外から通えるシステムが良いと思
い色々と調べたところ、フィリピンの語学学校でも出来る学校がいく
つかある。ただ、あまり表向きには公開していない。いくつかの留学
エージェントに問い合わせたところ、返答を渋る会社もあった。
あと、フィリピンでアパートを探すのは難しい事ではないが、現地の
人と仲良くなり探してもらうのが良いかもしれない。普通にネットで
探すと割と高い物件しか出てこないが、現地の人に探してもらうと3k
くらいで賃貸が可能になるかもしれない。結局これに気が付いたのが
留学後半だったから変えることが出来なかった。返金期間が過ぎてた
為。ただ、個人的に外での方が英語を使う機会が多いように感じた。
あまり留学生同士では英語を使わない。敬遠しているようなそんな様
な感じ。気兼ねなく話せる人を見付けるのは難しいと感じていた。
なので、外で友人を作るようにしていた。あと、日本人同士でつるむ
とどうしても外の世界が分からないで終わってしまい、折角海外に来
ているのに現地の事を知らずに留学生活を送るのは勿体ないと感じた。
なので出来るだけ外の人間と関わるようにしていた。バーで隣に座っ
ているアメリカ人のオッサンに話しかけたり、立ちんぼやってる女に
話しかけたり、ゴーゴーバーの女と世間話したり、公園にいる人に話
しかけたり、などなど。仲良くなって家に呼ばれたこともある。一緒
に現地の人しか行かないレストランに連れて行ってもらいフィリピン
料理を食べたこともある。またカラオケに行ったこともある。なかな
かそういう経験を留学生でしている人は少数なんじゃないかなと思う。
留学に行って同じ日本人としか交流していないとなんの為の留学なの
か疑問に思う。だか、こういう留学生がほとんどだ。理由はハブられ
るのを恐れている。実際それで悩んでいた留学生がいた。もしこれが、
寮ではなく、通学するタイプであれば多少は変化するのではないだろ
うかと思う。もちろん寮にしている明確な理由もある。フィリピンは
治安が悪いという理由がある。

I felt that most of students maybe 7:3 or 8:2
came just to enjoy studying abroad.
Maybe, they might to do studying at first.
They have to enter be in the same Japanese
community.
In the end, most of students choose to enjoy
rather than study.
It doesn't make sense what did you come
here.
Incontrast, only a few students are studying in
there.
I thought, these students don't have relationships.
Also I'd like to more improve English skills,
especially IELTS.
I didn't have associate with Japanese
students.
Only I had a same purpose students,
sometimes we went out outside such as
karaoke, restaurant without frequentation.
I recommend that if you want to concentrate
to study, you should avoid Japanese
exchange student.
It doesn't make sense of studying abroad they
need to choose either enjoy or study.
In addition, personally I would say,
there are English school and accommodation are same place in Philippines cases.
I suppose this is one of the problem,
How merit is Integrated in the
accommodation.
First, we don't need to find a rent house.
Second,we don't need to clean our room also
washing clothes.
These are quite helpful, but sometimes I have
save a stress because I stay same place for a long time.
I noticed something, well, in general most
Japanese is said polite, but actually different,
perhaps coming studying abroad might be
strange people.
At least necessary things that we can greeting
when we meet pass through, but only
Japanese was ignoring. unexpected, they are
icy.
Maybe it would be same race hate.
Going back to talk, I researched we can commute school system in Philippines.
According to studying abroad argent, We have
a only few school in there.
Some problems, you should be looking for
rent house. I suggest that you find local
friend.
You will ask find a rent house. They would be
looking for cheap boarding house.
I thought, I was usually speaking only
outside.
I didn't use between students.
They speak each nationality companion.
I think, it's difficult make different nationalities
friends, because already they have friends
who is same races.
Dare I made friends outside.
And I want to know local people's life. I have a
curious.
Maybe I'm different style and other exchange
student
My style feels different from other
international students.
It's not only studying English but also I
thought that I should be learning other things.
