centration in Tokyo. Therefore, other area is decr
easing population, so they give influence local so
ciety. I am going to mention this statement.
To begin with, at present Japan have declining bir
th rate and aging society accompanying, consequent
ly it progress decreasing population. Especially,
suburb areas are more serious situation. Declining
birth rate and aging society and some people leav
e in there, especially young generation, thus, it
give serious damege local economy.
For example some traditional crafts do not have ne
xt generation craftsman so there will be lost trad
itional technology.
And, people who leave local area, therefore it wil
l depress industry and economy. As a result many o
lder people living suburban areas stand out. It is
difficult that we improve economy such places.
These situation are changing hereafter, we have to
solve several subjects. We need to increase popul
ation. but it is difficult soon. we have to tackle
long term. In addition, we need to make easy to
bring up child environment. At present our country
have been continuing concentration population of
Tokyo, government need to separate official functi
on. therefore, economy divide while it will beome
good valunce.
To sum it up, people gather naturaly there while
economy is activation, consequence it will become
good valunce age structure.
It is tremendous important issue that declining po
pulation problem conect declining nation power.

I agree this statement.
　To begin with, Japan is one of the best overtime
country around the world. But hereafter Japan is m
atured, we are induction four a week of working. I
t is important that work and private should separa
te. It might reduce our salary moreover we have a
enough own time. For exmple, these time can use st
udy, hobby, cross-industry exchange. Our country h
ave more overtime society, it has factor of rural
society. most business person do not have same ind
ustry exchange, so these tackle are more useful us
, in addition we can spreadout point of view. Cons
equently they could be feedback their work. Theref
ore, they can also possible efficient work. One o
f the most advantage might reduce committing suici
de. In Japan have committing suicide nearly 30,000
people per year.
　Adittional, some people have been going to hospit
al because of mental illness. Especially, depressi
on patients have exsistence nearly 1 million peopl
e. It has caused by stress of workplace. This sysy
tem might implove unemployment rate, and it affect
good aspect to consume too. Modern people do not
have enough afford time. This come from stress of
working. It will improve workplace environment, we
could solve several problems.
　To sum it up, Japan have already been matured eco
nomy and material , we improve workplace environme
nt, meanwhile we can afford to spend our lifestyle
