At present Europe have already accepted them, some countries have

Moreover, if government assure foreign right, we have to drinke
conditions several situation from now on. For exmple, it not only vote
right but also they might insist candidate for election. It might realize.
Currently, in Japan have nealy 1 million of foreign workers situation,
some part of areas are living particular nationality people without
Japanese. At present, declining birth rate and aging society have more
severe situation, nontheless we not rely on immigrant and we should
solve ourselves.
To sum it up, some countries especially Europe have been filed
immigrant policy, our country is in the middle of during the discussion,
it need to progress careful.
